A: I’d move back to Hawaii!

What is your biggest fear?
A: Forgetting to ring in a guest’s order.

What motivates you to work hard?
A: Our guests at The Chef’s Table keep coming back because they expect better food and a higher level of service than the average restaurant. I’m motivated to meet or exceed that expectation every day.

What is your favorite thing about your career?
A: The people! I love talking and getting to know hundreds of people every day.

Who makes you laugh the most?
A: my silly wife and John Renner

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
A: “Put my a$$ in a lawn chair, toes in the sand. Not a worry in the world, a cold beer in my hand!”

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: TCT Bacon Fig Jam Burger

What’s the best gift you’ve ever been given?
A: Easy, my 3 beautiful children.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch and play?
A: Baseball Baby!

What are your hobbies?
A: Running and obstacle coarse races

What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?
A: Skydiving!
